Two curious cats venture through a magical house following musical fireflies; together, they discover something amazing!
Created with Alison Loke, my second year brief was to create a fully animated, one minute pre-school film. We were given two artists to use inspiration from and we produced 'Moosh & Meesh'. We used TVPaint and AfterEffects to animate, and Photoshop to produce backgrounds and props/environments.

These are the posters that I created for the promotion of 'Moosh & Meesh'.
Character Designs/Scale Sheets
Original character designs were created by Alison Loke, however, the designs above are my early character designs and the final copies of character designs and scale sheets in order to keep the animations as consistent as possible.
Early Concept Designs
The above are some very early concept images that I created. The story was being changed many times, so the first three pieces are not actually included in the final animation. However, the last two are very similar to the scenes in the final film.
Environments/Props
The environment/prop drawings above were created by myself. I produced them individually to be able to animate them, giving the illusion that they are floating inside the house. They are normal appliances that have been morphed slightly.
Final Backgrounds
These are the final backgrounds for 'Moosh & Meesh' that I produced on Photoshop. The concept was to make the backgrounds quite simple so that the environment/props and characters could stand out.
Project 2: Pre-Production for ‘Butterflies’
Take inspiration from Mother Nature and transform your world!
After a long shift working at her convenience store in the centre of the busy city, Jennie retreats to her ground floor flat located behind the shop in an alleyway. Two butterflies catch her attention as she notices that everyone else has a space for plants and flowers except for her. How can she create her own paradise in a gloomy alleyway?

Character Designs
I was inspired by anime characters and South Korean fashion to create the main character of ‘Jennie’. She is in simple clothing to represent her life working in a convenience store.
